All tumblers are individually hand pressed and made to order. The images/designs will be permanently pressed on to the mug and will not peel off like vinyl.
To maximize the life of the product, hand washing is recommended.

Standard order processing is 1-3 business days.
Customized order processing is 3-5 business days. A mockup will be sent within 1-3 business days with 48 hours to approve the mock-up.

Please allow 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS for shipping unless priority shipping is selected. Priority shipping will include a tracking number for your convenience.
